Adult Jazz Classes Brisbane
If you want to boost your mood and your fitness with experimental, fluid and exuberant dancing, our adult jazz class is a great place to start.
This class is designed as an introduction to jazz for adults.
It involves:
- Smooth and syncopated movements where you focus on technique and creativity to funky music.
- Learning technical skills, choreography, coordination, performance and confidence.
Adult Jazz takes place on Wednesday evenings from 6.15pm-7.15pm.

Adult Ballet Classes Brisbane
Ballet not only allows you to express yourself though light and graceful movements, but it is a wonderful way to stay in shape as it promotes balance, full body strength and control.
These classes are designed as an introduction to Ballet for adults of all ages.
It involves:
- Learning intricate flowing patterns, choreography, technical skills and language as well as grace and precision.
- Ballet helps with coordination, flexibility, posture and poise.
Our Adult Ballet classes are on Wednesday evenings from 7.15pm-8.15pm.

Bootybarre Classes Brisbane
Do you want to burn fat and tone up quickly? The Bootybarre method might be for you. It’s an enjoyable workout that combines pilates, yoga and dance.
- Bootybarre is a registered program and we have a fully certified instructor leading the class.
- It is a perfect combination of strength, flexibility and cardio
We have two classes each week.
- Monday evenings: 6.30pm-7.30pm
- Saturday mornings: 8.30am-9.30am

Stretching Workouts: Stretch and Flexibility
The movement you do in our Stretch and Flexibility class aims to relive stress, reduce muscle stiffness and pain, and boost flexibility.
This class is perfect for all fitness levels and ages, as it is a low intensity workout.
Stretch and Flexibility class takes place on Saturday morning from 9:30am –10.30am.
